Simone Luke is an experienced customer development and client relationship manager, with an extensive background in CPG Food & Beverage. An accomplished sales leader, Simone has tenure in Canada and the U.S., with a variety of roles at Unilever, including National Account Management, and Regional Distribution building out independent DSD networks. Over the last few years, Simone has specialized in driving growth and accelerating emerging brands with a keen strategic approach of guarding profitability while reducing risk, and creating solid business foundations. As a fractional or interim sales leader for her clients, Simone has led sales teams, implemented broker networks, created product and channel strategies and contributed to building organizational structure to position brands for success. She is passionate about setting targets and accomplishing goals, and thoroughly enjoys igniting the same with founders and their teams. Simone values a work hard play hard spirit, and enjoys travel and golf when time permits.
